When you interact with our site, we collect two types of information Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Non-Personally Identifiable Information (NPII).

Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) is data about you that is personally identifiable.

Our online e-newsletter asks users to give us contact information (like their name and e-mail address). This information is used to contact the visitor directly and is never divulged to third parties in any manner. Our site, through our Contact Page enables customers to request information and services. We collect visitor’s contact information (like their e-mail address) but not their financial information (like their account or credit card numbers, or paypal) When visitor’s elect to make a service purchase through credit card or paypal we do not have direct access to financial information. Contact information from the registration or sign-up form is used to send, information about our services and programs and occasional, future program offers. The customer’s contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary regarding registration. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details (names and emails) with any 3rd parties in any manner.

Sharing with third parties

No personally-identifiable data provided by individuals is provided to third parties in any manner. Our website upholds high standards of confidentiality.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“NPII”) data is collected by technology partners and is used for retargeting. We, and/or one or more of our ad technology partners, may collect NPII from people who visit our website(s). This data is anonymous and can include information such as web pages you’ve viewed, date and time of page views, location information associated with your IP address, and your interactions to an ad delivered by us or our ad technology partners. Our ad technology partners use different methods to collect this type of data, including cookies and web beacons (pixel tags or clear gifs).

Session cookies expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies stay on your computer until you delete them. Our advertisements placed on social networking sites (Facebook/Twitter) is done so for lead generating purposes only and not for direct sales purposes.

Third party sites

From time to time this site will provide links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. Such links are not provided in relation to a profit arrangement of any kind. Links are provided based on a sharing of information only and are sites or content we believe to be in your (the visitor’s) best interest.

Data retention policy

We will retain your information for as long as your account (mail list subscriber, and/or e-course student) is active or as needed to provide you with services requested by you. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Accessing your information

You also have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies rectified. Should you wish to “unsubscribe” from our website or newsletter this will be granted immediately.
