Jennis – The Current

Jennis is the intriguing new project featuring bluesman Dennis Gaumond (Gomo) and cellist Jen Gillmor. They release their first album “Jennis” in Toronto on May 30 and in Guelph (Eden Mills) on June 6.

The Toronto show takes place at The Monarch Tavern on May 30 at 8 p.m. (Doors at 7:30 p.m.) Jennis will be joined by Vince Maccarone on drums and Gary Diggins on trumpet. Evalyn Parry will perform an opening set.

The Guelph area show takes place at the Eden Mills Community Hall on Friday, June 6 at 8 p.m. (Doors at 7:30 p.m.). That night, Jennis will be joined by Tom Wolf on drums and percussion. Guelph singer-songwriter Sue Smith will open the show.
